Professional and prompt throughout the process. Was able to work details via text so all we needed to do is come out and test drive and sign. The “game” at the dealership is always the worst. However, if you can play it on your own terms, i.e. via Text, then you’re not wasting your time coming in and leaving empty handed. Malloy did well in this regard and got us a great price on a great new Bronco. In fact, the Bronco we wanted was a different dealership and Malloy was able to make a trade with the dealership to get us exactly what we wanted and quickly.
