I showed up on a rainy Saturday unexpectedly in the market for a new car and torn about what vehicle I wanted. Steve greeted me and my friend at the door and took a lot of time showing me all the features of the Bronco and the Explorer and explaining the differences in the trims. He answered so many questions! Rickie reassured me that they would get me into exactly what I wanted. Steve was super responsive in the days following and as soon as I made up my mind Steve and Rickie had found my car.
I normally cringe at the car buying process but this experience was very comfortable. Steve and Rickie were very personable and I felt as if I was with friends.
Im so excited about my new car and hope that I don't have to buy another one for a very long time but if I do I know what my first stop will be.

I didn’t plan on buying a truck from Malloy—I had a full day mapped out with my son to visit several dealerships. But we wanted to test drive one before we began our hunt. From the moment Kyler greeted us and took us for a test drive, things shifted. He was incredibly friendly, relatable, and knowledgeable. Honestly, I was surprised at how professionally he carried himself, especially for his age.
We were looking for a 2024 F-150, which Malloy Ford in Winchester didn’t have in stock, and the one we test-drove was a 2025, and it was out of our budget. That’s when the sales manager, Ricky, came over—and I’ll admit, I braced myself. I expected the usual sales pressure, but instead, he just talked with us and took the time to understand what we actually needed. Once he knew what we were looking for, he told us he could get the exact truck we wanted from another dealer—and he did. He stayed within our budget, and I believe the truck we ended up with was even a higher-level package than what we originally had in mind. Malloy truly did right by my son.
Financing at Malloy was simple, easy, and surprisingly informative. Even when we got to the part where they start offering warranty and service programs, they didn’t push—they worked with us to find something that actually made sense for our needs. I can’t remember his name, but both he and the woman he worked with did a fantastic job. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What I expected from a typical car-buying experience just didn’t happen. They saved us a full day of running around, dealing with high-pressure salespeople, and going back and forth with managers. It was genuinely a pleasant experience from start to finish.
I have owned my own business for 25 years and have very high expectations when it comes to service and sales. Malloy blew it out of the water. They’ve definitely earned my trust—and my future business.
I've already been recommending Malloy Ford in Winchester to others, and I’ll definitely buy from them again. As someone who’s always driven BMWs, Hondas, and Toyotas—I can honestly say, Malloy has earned my business now.
