We have purchased over a half-dozen vehicles, cars and work trucks from the Malloy dealerships, and I highly recommend them. While Evelyn is great, go straight to Lisa Walker, the general manager of Malloy Ford in Winchester, for the best deal at any of the Malloy brand dealerships. She wonβt waste your time, and, just like she does for us, she goes the extra mile to get the deal done. Sheβs personable but direct to the point. She has a fantastic staff, so there is no need for bamboo shoots under the fingernails to entice you to buy what you donβt need or want. If she doesnβt have the right vehicle, she will find it! Such customer service is rare these days. I happened to listen to an ad for another Ford dealership up the road, and was amused to hear they can now do deals electronically. Lisa at Malloy Ford was doing those years ago. But go in, and enjoy the experience of what buying a car should be like.
