Initially called the office and spoke with Noel Napoleon. He was very helpful in identifying the vehicle I was interested in on the website and assisted in scheduling a test drive the next day. I was then contacted by Derrick Springfield who was able to assist with a pricing breakdown. Between Noel and Derrick, their combined expertise and knowledge made our vehicle buying experience top notch. When Derrick wasn’t available, Noel was happy to step in and assist. After closing the deal with Derrick the day of, I walked away with the vehicle model I wanted at a rate that we all were happy with. Huge shout out to Noel and Derrick both who are just a couple of the many great sales folks at Malloy Ford.

Cameron Childress was one of THE best advisors there! He was super nice and kept me updated about my service hourly and offered so many great services (the shuttle, food/drinks) to ensure I was comfortable during my service! My issue with my car was complex and the tech guy that works there was AMAZING! He spent haft the day trying to resolve my issue and he as well kept me updated throughout the entire process and talked me through everything. I was more than pleased with this seamless process and I 10/10 recommend getting your services done by them! Ask for Cameron and the tech guy!
