Matthew Raymond is the General Manager at Malloy, a role he's held for two years. Focused on empowering his team, he knows his role is to provide his team with all the tools they need to be successful.
Matthew's career path began with selling cars and advanced through Finance and Sales Manager roles to his current position. He takes pride in developing his team individually and ensuring his customers are beyond satisfied with their purchase before and after the sale. A very relatable manager, Matt's most valuable lesson so far has been acknowledging that you're only as good as the people you surround yourself with.
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hanging out with his son and watching him play baseball. A fun fact about him is that before entering the car business, he was enrolled in fashion school. He finds guidance in a quote from the Dalai Lama: "If a problem can be solved there's nothing to worry about, if a problem can't be solved there's no use worrying about it."
