With 30 years in the automotive industry and eight years at Malloy, Lisa Walker leads with strength, integrity, and a dedication to her team.
Lisa began her Automotive career in customer service and rose through Finance and GSM roles to become the General Manager of Malloy Ford of Winchester. One of her proudest achievements is successfully building a strong team and advancing in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She credits her success to resilience, mentorship, and creating an inclusive environment where everyone as the opportunity to prosper.
Lisa's expertise centers on strong leadership, loyalty, and organization. She genuinely enjoys offering support and making a positive difference in others. The most valuable lesson she’s learned through her journey is that building strong relationships based on trust and integrity is key to lasting customer and employee loyalty.
Outside of work, Lisa cherishes time with her family , cheers on her favorite Washington sports teams (the Commanders and Capitals), and enjoys a good UFC fight. She lives by the quote: “The Harder you work, the luckier you get”.
