Started at Malloy in 2004.
I joined Malloy after 17 years in publishing. Before joining Malloy, I was VP of Operations for O’Reilly Media. Throughout my career in publishing, my skills were primarily focused on managing customer service, production, print buying, inventory, fulfillment, as well as accounts receivable and facilities administration. My experiences and knowledge are rooted in the day-to-day operations of solving problems, creating efficiencies and improving productivity.
I earned my degree in Education from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. After a rewarding yet short stint in teaching, I worked for a number of years in merchandise management for a large retail store. From there, I launched into a new career at O’Reilly and began my journey of learning about technology and publishing.
I have been fortunate to have had some great experiences during my years in publishing. I am equally excited to be part of Malloy’s sales team as the representative for the Pacific Northwest and California where I can utilize my skills from publishing and manufacturing to help find solutions that work for publishers.
