Started at Malloy in 1978.
I started at Malloy in 1978 with four years of printing in school and two years experience in prepress. In 1980 I was promoted to group leader, and not long after that, I became supervisor of the prepress department.
In the late 80’s, I was approached by the Customer Service supervisor to see if I would be interested in being a CSR. In January 1991, I filled an opening, and it didn't take long to realize that I enjoyed working with our customers as much as the people in prepress.
Today I service one of the largest publishers in the Midwest, and I also work with accounts in Oregon, Washington and Arizona. I have formed many friendships with my customers and feel very fortunate to work for such a good company.

We have dual Chain of Custody (CoC) certification with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). We seek to provide our customers with a selection of text and cover papers derived from sustainable sources that are harvested responsibly. We also are proud to say that we are a Zero Landfill company.
